TOSHIBA EXTENDS ITS INDUSTRIAL BARCODE PRINTER RANGE

Redefining the industrial printer marketplace Toshiba launches the high-performing B-EX6T series. Combining market leading technology with usability, reliability and low total cost of ownership, these barcode systems offers unparalleled value for money.

Neuss/Germany – September 2016, Toshiba today announced the launch of the B-EX6T series – barcode printers for the most demanding applications and heavy duty industrial printing. The rugged and durable design and advanced functionality make them one of the best “all-in-one” solution available today.

Toshiba’s new series offers a wide choice of models to suit any application, with 200 and 300 dpi variants for superior print quality and perfect readability of barcodes. Flat head and near edge head models enable easy replacement of legacy printer estates and thanks to a wide range of media and options they offer flexibility for any printing application.

The B-EX6T series can handle 6-inch media at a print speed of up to 305 mm per second. With Toshiba’s unique Ribbon Save mode and a ribbon length of up to 800 m the operational efficiency is enhanced and extended, thereby reducing overall costs over the lifetime of the printers. For flexible connectivity USB and LAN come as standard on these models. Optional WLAN, RFID and serial interfaces extend the possibilities for integration into modern as well as legacy systems.
